Our production
We make it ourselves.
collalloc isn’t outsourced to an anonymous factory. We fill the sachets on our own lines in the Czech Republic and partner with Finish Work, a cooperative for people with disabilities, to package every box.

Our own production lines
We fill the bioactive marine collagen into sachets ourselves, step by step, on lines we can see with our own eyes. No outsourcing to a mega-factory, no anonymous batches. Every run passes through the hands of our technicians under hygienic protocols.
Raw materials come from sustainable North Sea fisheries; TRIPEPTIDE® hydrolysis is handled by our Swiss partner. They arrive to us in their purest form, and we fill them straight into the finished sachets. No fillers, no colourings, just pure peptide.

Packaging with the Finish Work cooperative
Finished sachets and boxes are assembled together with Finish Work, a cooperative employing people with disabilities. It’s not a CSR project, nor a marketing gesture, it’s a way to give meaningful work to people who want it but would struggle to find it on the open market.
Every box you unpack has been through the hands of someone for whom this work mattered. That can’t be automated. And honestly, it shouldn’t be.
