Collagen chia pudding

A creamy chia-seed pudding. Made cold, so the collagen in it stays fully intact.

Collagen chia pudding

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml milk or plant drink
  • 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • a pinch of vanilla

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again (this breaks up any clumps).
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit.
