Collagen chia pudding
A creamy chia-seed pudding. Made cold, so the collagen in it stays fully intact.

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 ml milk or plant drink
- 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- a pinch of vanilla
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again (this breaks up any clumps).
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
