Collagen yoghurt bowl

A quick, protein-rich bowl. Just stir the collagen into cold yoghurt.

Collagen yoghurt bowl

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
  • a handful of granola
  • fresh fruit
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Stir the collagen into the yoghurt until it dissolves.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Top with granola and fruit.
  4. Drizzle with honey and serve.
