Collagen energy balls

A sweet no-bake snack. No heat, so the collagen in them stays untouched.

Collagen energy balls

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • coconut to coat

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl into a sticky dough.
  2. If it is too wet add oats; if too dry add honey.
  3. Roll into balls and coat them in coconut.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
