Collagen energy balls
A sweet no-bake snack. No heat, so the collagen in them stays untouched.

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.
Ingredients
- 100 g rolled oats
- 3 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- coconut to coat
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl into a sticky dough.
- If it is too wet add oats; if too dry add honey.
- Roll into balls and coat them in coconut.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
