Collagen popsicles

A frozen treat for hot days. Blended and frozen cold, so the collagen never warms up.

Collagen popsicles

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.

Ingredients

  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 150 g frozen fruit
  • 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
  • 2 tbsp honey or syrup

Method

  1. Blend everything until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle moulds.
  3. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
