Collagen overnight oats

An oat breakfast made the night before. Stir the collagen into the cold mix and it is ready by morning.

Collagen overnight oats

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml milk or yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
  • fruit and nuts to top

Method

  1. Mix the oats, milk, chia and collagen in a jar.
  2. Stir well and cover.
  3. Refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  4. In the morning, top with fruit and nuts.
