Collagen overnight oats
An oat breakfast made the night before. Stir the collagen into the cold mix and it is ready by morning.

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.
Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 150 ml milk or yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
- fruit and nuts to top
Method
- Mix the oats, milk, chia and collagen in a jar.
- Stir well and cover.
- Refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, top with fruit and nuts.
