Morning collagen smoothie

A fresh breakfast in a glass. The collagen blends into a cold smoothie, so heat does it no harm.

Morning collagen smoothie

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100 g frozen forest berries
  • 200 ml milk or plant drink
  • 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. Put everything except the collagen into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the collagen and stir briefly (into the cold mix, not anything hot).
  4. Pour into a glass and serve right away.
