Morning collagen smoothie
A fresh breakfast in a glass. The collagen blends into a cold smoothie, so heat does it no harm.

💡 Add the collagen only once things are cooled or cold, up to about 60 °C. High heat damages it.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 100 g frozen forest berries
- 200 ml milk or plant drink
- 1 sachet of collalloc collagen
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Method
- Put everything except the collagen into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the collagen and stir briefly (into the cold mix, not anything hot).
- Pour into a glass and serve right away.
